@virginmedia I had virgin broadband installed at my new address on 15.06 24.and the technician said someone wouod come back in a cpl of weeks to fit a flash plate to the side of the side of the house as bricks were damaged during work. This hasn't been done yet? When will this be completed?

@Hazelpude Hi the claim is sent to the retailer to appeal the decline, they can take 6 months sometimes longer, if you can provide the claim reference I can check this for you
