As we improve obstruction with all three options the AF burden has become the next problem. HCM patients are also living longer so her we are.

Gotta be honest, it’s hard to beat a great alc ablation result. Off beta blockers, using any meds we want for HTN, not worrying about pre-op clearances or EF drops - just annual well visits. Numbers have gone down just like myectomy in CMI era but clearly a role #HCM
