Hey @OfficeShoes I placed an order yesterday (9th April) at 8:39am and paid next day delivery… still no sign of the order and the tracking info doesn’t help. Kinda needed them by today which is why I paid the additional for NDD 😵‍💫

@SkyHelpTeam hello! I had to phone last night due to internet issues, the chap I spoke to (Danny I’m sure) was lovely and helpful, said he’d send a new router however, a few hours after the problem it started working again… what should I do when said router arrives?

I phoned on Thursday afternoon and the guy was so helpful, said he’d sort it and phone me back Friday. I still haven’t received a call back which is disappointing but I understand oversights. I just want a new sky stream puck sent out so we can get this started. Please help.

@SkyHelpTeam Hi! I’ve had some real issues with installation etc and I can’t take having to make any more phone calls 😩 please help. Our sky stream puck has (most likely) been lost at DPD depot as they have text me every 2 days telling me it’s delayed for unexpected reasons.

@HeatherMcAngus We've noticed that the service 6 arrived in Bellfield early this morning and sat at the bottom of Lammermuir Rd until it was due to leave at 08:00, we've notified the depot and apologise if you were waiting before this stop 🚍

Hi @StagecoachWScot it says online that today (27th) it’s a Saturday service (see screenshot). Just stood at the bus stop from 7:50am, bus due at 7:59am, and still not there by 8:10am. It’s a tornado outside and no bus stop so I’ve had to come home and will now be late for work.
