Good read. Bottom line: Nobody is investing hundreds of millions to become a minority owner with Fisher at the helm. Just one of many things that are never happening with this fiasco, including Bally’s Corp. never building a resort on the Trop site, GLPI never footing the bill for Bally’s as it’s doing in Chicago, Fisher is never selling his stock (and handing over 20% to the government) to finance anything, no ballpark is being built on The Strip for $1.5 billion, the list goes on and on.
