@etihad promised my corporate ticket was refundable. After canceling via their call center (as advised), I got a faulty voucher. Later told it’s “non-refundable.” Complaint raised 28 Mar — still no action. Just weekly “no update yet.” Unacceptable. Do better. #EtihadCustomerFail

@dutweets As one of your old and premier clients, I expected a better customer experience and fairness from a big reputed company like Du. If you are unable to sort it out urgently, I will have to sadly port my number to Etisalat for a better customer experience and welfare.

@dutweets On 28th August I received a message that the complaint was resolved and that you tried to contact me but could not. So now you closed the issue without getting back to me and I did not receive any missed call from your side.

@dutweets So for the past 2 months nobody came back to me from Du despite the fact that I contacted the call center 3 times and was informed every time that an urgent email will be sent to concerned Department for follow up and that I will be contacted within 24hrs, and noone did

@dutweets which I didn’t accept and asked for an approval to waive the penalty since it is not my fault that the contract was on the old format and I should get the same GBs that everyone else is getting at the same price.

@dutweets I have received 2 phone calls only from your side to follow up on the issue on 11th July and was informed that the plan was on old contract and hence cannot get 18GB data and that the only solution was to terminate the contract, pay the penalty and sign a new contract,

@dutweets I have made a complaint on 8th July via one of the branches under reference no. 1-122374859624 that I have a 2yrs contract of Smart Plan 300, yet I am getting 7 GB data instead of 18 GB.
