@HeckFood Not sure these Simply Chicken are the usual. Wondering if a Chicken Italia has been put in the wrong packaging. 🤔 They don’t usually have the herbs and red flecks.

Well thanks, @HeckFood for this solid lump of what I can only assume to be bone in one of your chicken sausages. Yes, it did damage a tooth. Amazed this kind of stuff is not removed

@Morrisons What's happened to your HECK SAUSAGES? I bought two packs last week, they are not cooking properly, they are skinny and white slimy stuff is coming off them then they stick to the pan with hard bits sticking to them.😱

@HeckFood we’ve tried emailing customer service twice re. contaminated sausages (onion powder in your 98% pork sausages, a problem for us due to allergies). Please can a member of your team get back to us.

@HeckFood hi, bought two packets of these sausages with a use by of 13/08 and they were puffy this morning (see pictures). they don’t look safe to eat at all.

@HeckFood I bought the lamb burgers thinking this is a good brand but nearly broke my teeth with the huge amount of bones in it! Won’t be buying again.

@HeckFood I’m having problems opening your packaging! But I’ve also contacted @Tesco and @sainsburys to point out that theirs is a problem too. Can’t we sort out a solution? Less or #noplastics and easy open/reclose?
