This is not normal behavior. A child/person is supposed to flinch, feel the pain and react to a needle prick. This is not bravery. Why the child is not crying or showing any sign of pain? This needs to be checked.

I grew up in a village in Haryana until I was 17-18 years old. Yes, casteism exists in many places, but it is not as extreme in Haryana as people portray. In the same street, you’ll find Jat houses next to Kumhar, Brahmin, Baniya, and SC families. Everyone lives together, visits each other’s homes, and shares a community life. The older generation sometimes uses caste-related slangs casually because they don’t realise it’s offensive. But the younger generation is much more aware and doesn’t support it. It’s possible Ankit Bayanpuria faced casteism personally, but generalising and defaming an entire community and the whole of Haryana because of it is unfair and wrong.
