💥 Reported attack on the school ☑️ Pwintbyu, Magway 10 July 2026 The Myanmar military allegedly launched a drone attack that hit the Basic Education Sub-High School( B.E.H.S)- Branch in Oke Hpo Village, Pwintbyu Township, Magway Region, at around noon. According to Khit Thit Media, the strike reportedly damaged several school buildings, including a Grade 10 classroom block. Regarding this incident, Myanmar Witness analysed footage circulating on social media and verified the geolocated damage to the school buildings within Oke Hpo Village using Google Earth. The People Defense Force (PDF) has elevated its operational skill with commercial drone-turned-military drones, successfully targeting key positions of the junta regime forces. Their strikes on the junta's transport ship navigating the Chindwin River highlight a new level of tactical effectiveness, particularly within the Mingin and Kalaymyo townships in the Sagaing division of Myanmar's northwest region. Local People Defense Force from Kalaymyo and Mingin are responsible for lauching effective attacks against the junta targets using these drones.
