@AmazonUK @Apple please can you help me? I have purchased an electronic Apple gift card through Amazon and have been email scammed and I am trying to cancel the gift card. HUGELY frustrating - Amazon you have said ring Apple.

@AmazonHelp So - I am now in the situation where as a regular and dedicated Amazon and Amazon prime user. I have spent £400 through Amazon and your team are not Backing this up, with very different messages and it seems a lack of knowledge of your systems. Can you please help

@AmazonHelp I contacted your team again - this has taken me hours now. I asked to be escalated to a manager. Once again I have been told to contact Apple - that this is not the responsibility of Amazon.

@AmazonHelp Today I have contacted your team again - as advised. The person I spoke to gave a different message / that I needed to contact Apple with the ID and serial number. I contacted Apple again - they cannot trace this without a voucher activation number

@AmazonHelp I contacted Amazon again - I was told that the gift card hadn’t yet been redeemed by the scammer and that you would contact Apple to get the card cancelled and refunded

@AmazonHelp I contacted Apple who told me that they could do nothing to trace this without a gift card activation code - this was purchased through Amazon

@AmazonHelp I purchase the Apple online gift card through Amazon. Within an hour of realising I had been scammed I contacted Amazon - to be told that this had to go through Apple
