@British_Airways hi, we flew to Orlando yesterday and realised my case was damaged whilst waiting for the uber. I’ve tried reporting it online but your website is sending me round in circles (I’ve screen recorded what is happening) so I can’t get past stage 2 of 8. Please help

@British_Airways hi guys. I had to have an unexpected surgery last week and fly to Florida in 24 days (the worst timing) I’ll now need to take medical supplies (dressings, saline, gauze etc) would I be allowed to take an extra hand luggage case on the flight with me please?

@RoyalMailHelp Hi! We’ve had two birthday cards get “lost” in the post. Son turned 10 last week and he didn’t get 2 cards from family who definitely posted them, one with money in and one without. I’ve got no proof of postage but it seems suspicious that 2 would go missing!!

@HelpAtGeorge ordered 4 t shirts to take to Disney for a Halloween party. Took over 2 weeks to arrive and one is the wrong colour. Black wasn't even an option online!! Cheaply printed design as well. Not impressed!! Definitely won’t be buying anything from NW2 anymore!!

@cookingfever When given a daily quest of using up 3 desserts or upgrading them once, can you make it so it gives me a list of which restaurants I have desserts at please. It’s time consuming having to search each restaurant to see which one has some left. Please and thank you 🤞
