PLEASE CIRCULATE FAR AND WIDE: PETITION FOR FULL EPSTEIN TRANSPARENCY: .@POTUS .@realDonaldTrump We The People Demand President Trump Address His Administration’s Violation of Federal Law on the Epstein Files To: President Donald J. Trump We the People of the United States, active in the open, decentralized universe of X, hereby petition and demand: President Trump, you signed the Epstein Files Transparency Act (Public Law 119-38, H.R. 4405) into law on November 19, 2025. That bipartisan statute — passed nearly unanimously by Congress — imposed a crystal-clear, non-negotiable deadline on your own Department of Justice: “Not later than 30 days after the date of enactment… the Attorney General shall… make publicly available in a searchable and downloadable format all unclassified records, documents, communications, and investigative materials in the possession of the Department of Justice… that relate to Jeffrey Epstein [and] Ghislaine Maxwell.” The legal deadline was December 19, 2025. As of today, February 26, 2026, your administration is 69 days overdue on full compliance with the federal law you personally signed. What has actually been released vs. what exists: >On the December 19 deadline: only ~12,285 documents / ~125,575 pages (a tiny initial trickle). >Total released to date (after waves ending January 30, 2026): ~3.5 million pages, plus ~2,000 videos and ~180,000 images. >Yet the DOJ itself identified more than 6 million potentially responsive pages. That means nearly half (and by some independent estimates and congressional criticism, significantly more) of the actual Epstein files remain withheld, heavily redacted, or removed — including files that reference you personally, as reported in the last 48 hours by NBC News, House Oversight Democrats, and others. This directly contravenes the Act’s mandate for comprehensive public disclosure (with only narrow, statutorily defined exceptions for victim privacy or active investigations). This is a clear violation of federal law — the very statute you enacted. The American people, across every corner of the decentralized X universe, have the right to full transparency on one of the most egregious scandals in modern history. Continued withholding erodes public trust and the rule of law. Our demands: >Speak directly to the American people — immediately and without evasion — about why your administration remains in violation of the Epstein Files Transparency Act 69 days past the deadline you were legally bound to meet. >Order Attorney General Pam Bondi and Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche to release every remaining page, video, image, and communication (subject only to the narrow victim-protection exceptions explicitly allowed in the Act) within the next 7 days. >Direct the DOJ to provide Congress and the public the full, unredacted list of all government officials and politically exposed persons named in the files, as the statute requires. >Cease any selective withholding or removal of files that mention you or any other powerful figures — the law applies equally to everyone. This is not a partisan issue. The Act passed with near-unanimous support from both parties. Full compliance is a test of whether the rule of law still binds the executive branch — even when the files are uncomfortable. Sign, share, and repost this petition across X. Let the signal be unmistakable: We will not accept secrecy. The full Epstein Files belong to the People. #ReleaseTheFullEpsteinFiles #EpsteinTransparencyAct #69DaysOverdue #TrumpSpeakNow
