@HelloHowsy Your phone line cuts you off it’s not 24/7. The water mains has burst which has been leaking since 2am and doesn’t look like it will be resolved today. Definition of Howsy treating issues as urgent!

@HelloHowsy I’ve had a burst water pipe since 2am. Tried to report via your 24/7 access which doesn’t exist 8-12 is not 24/7 access. I’m on the ninth hour with water soaking the kitchen floor and Howsy haven’t even assigned a plumber yet. PPL DO NOT RENT FROM THESE COWBOYS!!!!!!

@HelloHowsy not really sure how to communicate with this company. All i want is my neighbour's (a Howsy landlord) details so i can get on with building work. The ineptitude and lack of customer service is so so bad.
