@AskLyft it’s a pretty common occurrence I order a Lyft and they purposefully accept and drive away from me, tonight I had this happen twice on black rides. There’s no way to report cause it’s never accepted. I pay for connivence and yall waste my time. You need to fix this.

@AskLyft a general complaint, the amount of Lyfts I order, especially Black SUV, who accept and drive in the wrong direction. There’s no way to report them but I’m left waiting for 10+ minutes. One driver told me it’s a common scam to make you cancel so they get paid too.
