@HelloSanctuary your housing fell off a cliff over the past 5 years my parents have lived there, services at the supported housing on Upper North Street in Tower Hamlets have disappeared: a 70+ tenant spent hours fixing the “maintained garden” for the garden party this weekend 🤦‍♀️

@TowerHamletsNow once again failing as the rubbish isn’t being collected from Sanctuary Housing on Upper North street and it’s overflowing. Not ideal for a supported housing scheme where my parents live 🙄 sort it out!

@TowerHamletsNow Yet my parents who live in Tower Hamlets were telling me just earlier today how the residents in the supported living accommodation where they live in haven’t had their rubbish collected for 8 weeks?! Sort it out.

@sainsburys I get they’re meant to be imperfect, but this is actually ridiculous - caved in and mouldy and I haven’t even opened the sealed packet that I received from my online shopping delivery TODAY. 🤦‍♀️

@sainsburys I’ve still not had my refund of £101 for groceries I bought for delivery almost two weeks ago which never showed up. Told it was handed to the refund team and had no further info/emails - nothing. Shocking customer service.

On calling customer service I am informed on the system I have had my delivery. My conclusion: Sainsburys are thieves and steal money from customers without ending groceries. £101 out of pocket and nothing to show for it. I expect you’ll have some response for me?

@sainsburys unfortunately after many years of being a loyal customer I have received the worst service possible. Ordered my shopping a week ago for delivery on Tuesday. Money taken, no delivery. No calls or messages about cancellation.

@SouthernRailUK I have tickets for travel on Saturday from Kings Cross/St Pancras to Wivelsfield, but it seems that part of the line is suspended - can I still travel from there or do I need to go to London Bridge? (And will my tickets work from London Bridge?!)

@DHLParcelUK I tried calling to query my parcel redirection but apparently you are suffering from “technical difficulties” so I can’t talk to anyone. I am concerned about collection as I haven’t received my code for collection from the servicepoint even though I got “success”.
