When I try to highlight the problem in X, they open a new ticket instead of addressing the existing one.

@dtptraffic For a 2021 registered vehicle, is the HSRP colour-coded sticker still mandatory in Delhi? If it falls off, is there a fine? Also, I’m not sure about the genuine cost—RTO agents are asking ₹500. Where can I apply online at the official price? Please guide.
