@HowFreed@Debenhams Debenhams are dreadful at actioning refunds within a decent time. Just see Trustpilot. Refunds can take 3-4 weeks (if you’re lucky). And there’s Amazon issuing refunds immediately- so it can be done. Debenhams hang onto customers’ money to bolster their own account. Dreadful co.
Absolutely AWFUL experience @Debenhams . We returned a £350 dress 3 weeks ago via the post office. The post office shows the item was returned the next day however we have no refund, there is no online tracker, no phone number to call, a whatsapp bot that is useless.
@Debenhams Iv ordered my sofa coming up to a month ago and I still haven’t received them the courier company @Furdeco are saying you have cancelled my order and re allocated it and you have not told me nor refunded my money. This is absolutely disgusting if this is true. Sort it.
