The new EHRC guidance on how to ensure equal rights of all to access basic services falls short of being inclusive or workable in the real world - I will continue to work with other MPs who recognise this to navigate how we change that. Given how toxic discussion of trans rights has become am not going to respond to comments here because doubt will help anyone. The Metropolitan Police confirmed (via FOI) that organisers of the 14th October London 'palestine' march contacted them at approximately 12:50pm on 7th October 2023 to notify police of their intention to protest. At that point the Hamas massacre was still unfolding and the @IDF was still fighting terrorists inside southern Israel.

@rohbo1 This was Times Square in New York City on October 8 - check out the signs. The genocide libel was pre-planned. At this stage, Israel was still chasing Hamas terrorists around the kibbutzim and had not even counted or buried its dead.

A Pakistani Islamic scholar, Tariq Masood, said: "After a girl turns 9 years old, a father should be cautious around his own daughter. If lust awakens in the father's heart for his daughter, or if any inappropriate act occurs, then his own wife also becomes haram for him." There is no limit to ignorance and madness. Linking even the pure, sacred relationship between a father and daughter with sexual lust? What can people with this kind of mentality possibly teach the world?

It feels like there’s been a shift today.
💥 This morning, @The_Nationals MP Alison Penfold introduced a bill to amend the Sex Discrimination Act and restore sex-based rights and protections for women and girls.
💥 Her speech was excellent, and unlike similar bills, hers was not stopped in its tracks.
💥 Then, at a press conference, she and Senator @mattjcan stood shoulder to shoulder with @salltweets - THE WOMAN who represents every woman and girl who has been vilified, punished or harmed as a result of the lie that men can be women.
