@zavvi Assuming they can't send out the correct item as it's now out of stock, they should be paying for the incorrect item to be returned to them, and upon receipt then refunding the original order that they can no longer fulfil!

So, @Zavvi should have sent me the season 3 steelbook of Star Trek Strange New Worlds, but they sent me Predator Badlands instead... they think they can charge me to post their item back to them when it's THEIR mistake not mine. Absolutely ridiculous

@zavvi your customer service has gone down hill dramatically, I've sent emails since December and have had no replies, I've never had an issue buying from your company but since you seem to be having trouble with a supplier and I have not received more than 5 items, it's a joke

@zavvi your NL site mentions on the shipping page that customers placing orders from NL/BE sent from the EU/UK don't have to deal with import duties and additional VAT charges. But that doesn't seem to be the case at all. I contacted customer service without success about it.
