The former keeps its user imprisoned, and the latter is actively trying to get you killed, and is in no way under your control.

Quirks are just the X-Gene but in an actually well written setting, up to and including the randomness. You got the characters who rolled " I can control the strong nuclear force" alongside characters who got crab claws or prehensile eyebrows. Stands meanwhile are a safe bet in terms of raw power, with user skill being a deciding factor.

@letgetrestarted @KourraVT No, I didn't know how uncomfortable it was. Because I'm not you. I find it easier to share my grief. And I also don't tolerate disrespect of my father's memory. He knew my dad for over 25 years. An AI response for that is absurd to say the least. And I'm not spiralling.

@Spookidog @KourraVT If it wasn't ai generated then he has the unnatural gift to speak exactly as a LLM with a lack of context would. My running theory is he just copy and pasted my message into ChatGPT or Claude or whatever, and put "generate a heartfelt reply".

@qumoporo @johnholowach @KourraVT It truly wasn't my intention for it to blow up as it did. Karma doesn't mean much to me. I think it's literally like my 6th post or something in 4 years. I just needed the support to know I wasn't going crazy seeing that shit. Dad wouldn't have wanted this either.

@TheRealHctaz @KourraVT You see the first message was passable to me. Hell, I talk very formally. It's the second message that really cemented it. It's really hard to mistake how AI types things. "It's not x, not y, but z. And honestly? You're so real for that." You know, that kinda thing.

@Hendothermic_ @KourraVT The scary thing about AI is that I actually talk like this in most cases. I’ve heard it’s an autistic thing where we type like an AI bot. I worry all the time that people are going to think I’m using AI or some shit. >.< I try to make myself sound less like AI on purpose.
