The Dusk to dawn run that took place at Parklands was a unique run till you drop 12 hour race/ run. A gr8 experience seeing the sun fade at 6.35pm and later rise over the horizon at 6.35am. 87km later and 3rd place finish was the icing@

After a real "brush with death" a few weeks ago, I am now back, very grateful to The Lord to be alive, more aware that tomorrow is not promised, and that God has prolonged my days for reason. Thank you to family, friends, and co-workers for seeing me through this...and of course the surgeon and all healthcare workers 🙏🙏 If anyone has tried to reach me via phone without success, that is because the "first responders" who rescued me decided to pay themselves with my phones, other items, and even my eye glasses 😊 Anyway, nothing is more valuable than life. So we move.
