The Grosvenor hotel at Great Western Road walks the line though. It’s a complete rebuild after a devastating fir in 1978 with the façade replicated in precast concrete panels, nothing original of it survives. Those with a #JoinersEye will be able to spot he joins in the panels.

Feedback to TS that you want the road sent underground though, not removed and problems relocated to the M74 in the south and east of the city.

Looks like option 3 plus sub options will be developed in detail and tested with all options against short and long term costs, revenue, health, environment. TS would not build a motorway through town today so option 3 is serious. Please respond to the consultation with ideas
