Lo dicho por Delcy de que el aumento de sueldo va a ser efectivo (sin inflación) les adelanto que esto siempre es un fenómeno monetario. El actual estado venezolano no aguanta un aumento de sueldo sin reducir el estado y aumentar la productividad primero. Ninguna de estas dos ha sucedido aún y lo que vamos a ver al mismo estilo de siempre es un aumento populista porque Delcy quiera ganar puntos para una eventual participación en elecciones pero se va a pagar con el bolsillo de todos, aún y cuando usen dinero de las nuevas ganancia de los petrodólares que estados unidos habilite.

@MisterHoennX @MissSideral tienes un buen punto con eso de que no se lo queden los políticos pero la intención del local de cobrar IVA sin declararlo porque no te da factura es tan deshonesta como el político que roba desde el punto de vista del consumidor.

I also work in software but i dont really think jobs will disapear just transform, think about this way: we were building with a shovel with many people, now we have an excavator but still one guy has to train to run it and the other workers will be building other stuff prob also with AI or we will just acelerate the rate of products like we build houses a lot more quick now.

I've been debating if I wanted to post this... because this is genuinely TERRIFYING me. I've been using Claude Code with Opus 4.6 and the leap it made over the last year is terrifying. Context: I'm a developer with well over 15 years of experience. I'm using the AI for an evolution sandbox simulation. The AI frequently 1shots tasks that would take me 4-16 hours. I'm steering it and creating a lean architecture by guiding the AI and writing the main classes myself. Right now is probably the sweet spot where your knowledge as an experienced developer can turn you into a 100x developer. However, that's not the point. I'm afraid (and I hope to be wrong) that within the next 5-10 years any developer, manager, most research and most jobs that we see as 'high profile thinking tasks' will become obsolete. This is honestly a future I dread. The cultural consequences will be absurd. What's your take? PS1: I'm withholding usage of AI for anything creative and critical (including my filter/filterblade projects). PS2: I'm training myself no matter what project I use to always have at least 2-3 hours of writing code by hand every day to stay sharp, but practically I can now be around 10x more efficient, by delegating agents and guiding them to build the right architecture. PS3: If you think creative or management jobs are not at risk, unfortunately I believe chances are very high that you're wrong.

Even more Diablo II first impressions from a PoE and Path of Exile 2 fanatic. So I'm in Act III and...my goodness every area I've encountered thus far is an absolute maze and...GGG are SERIOUSLY "inspired" by D2 with PoE2, my goodness there are SO MANY SIMILARITIES. No wonder so many D2 vets seem to enjoy the game, especially the campaign. - Love the enemy variety. The little cannibals are cool - Greater potions are beginning to drop, so are more runes. I ALSO RANDOMLY LEARNED WHAT RUNEWORDS WERE FINALLY, you get to MAKE YOUR OWN UNIQUE ITEMS? How have people not ripped this yet, basically 1-1? - I think I am finally in the swing of the controls, took awhile but everything just clicks now and I'm barely getting hit, able to easily outmaneuver stuff, and do very little inventory management now - Listening to the story again since I've not played this before, it's surprisingly great, love all the colorful NPCs in the Kurast Docks - This is basically a prequel to the D4 expansion, yeah? Fighting Mephisto here (probably killing him) should be interesting - I'm 6 zones in and only have had A SINGLE RARE ITEM DROP RARES ACTUALLY BEING RARE LOL - I'd really like to use my respec but am scared of messing something up...I feel pretty busted, but think I could optimize my fire spells. I remember people discussing immunities being a big thing, but I haven't encountered them yet, perhaps I'll try to diversify before speccing entirely out of demon summons Still very much enjoying it. I know I'm WAY BEHIND on this, but it shocking to see how much of PoE1 and ESPECIALLY PoE2 were inspired, sometimes heavily inspired, directly from the Diablo II campaign. Looking forward to playing some more tonight.
