@united I just want to give a shoutout to your flight attendant Tes Katindig on UA810-30 SFO MNL flight. Tes went above and beyond looking after an elderly passenger with a cute pink hat seated on 48J. Tes made sure she was comfortable and assisted her walking down the aisle.

Kudos to the flight attendants on UA809/18NOV for cleaning up the aisle so quickly and eliminating the smell around the rest room in the Polaris section! @united #friendlyskies #Polaris
