Jeff Landry to send a US hospital ship (like USNS Mercy) to Greenland for medical aid to "sick people not being taken care of." Reason: Unclear, but follows a Danish medical evacuation from Greenland. Trump has long expressed interest in US control of Greenland. Landry tie: Not detailed; he's a Trump ally, but no obvious Louisiana link to the mission.

@WCGBearsDenDude I trust the money, which says Bagent is an average backup (paid less than Stidham despite signing contracts in same offseason, for instance). Zero reason to conclude he would have been appreciably better than Stidham in that game.

Like how hard would it be to post a sign/staff where a line begins and where it ends? As for Bingo, have a reservation system and for opening ceremonies? Have players downstair signing.

So the #Cubs sent their post #CubsCon survey out and it is verrry interesting. First page is the usual generic questions. But as you go on, there were some very specific questions. There was a question about preregistering for events like Opening Ceremony, Bingo, and Player Autographs. A lot of people got shutout of the popular events this year at Cubs Con and were very angry. Other teams use preregistration to avoid frustration and long lines. The next two questions are about the Sheraton. This is the last year the Sheraton Grand Chicago is under contract with the Cubs for Cubs Convention. The survey asks how important it is that the location has an on-site hotel. The next question asks about the level of satisfaction with the Sheraton Grand Chicago as the venue for CubsCon. They have never asked that question before. My belief is that next year CubsCon will not be at the Sheraton for the first time since 2013 and it will be a much different type of event than we have attended in the past
