Absolute rubbish, cyclists use our roads, they should take a test, hold a current licence, number plate, road fund licence, adequate insurance, they cause loads of accidents and just ride off, they break the law at every opportunity, I’ve seen them !

@cmoloney13 @coyoteboy @laurencyclist Regardless where the cyclist was positioned, Highway Code 170-184 deals with how to handle junctions. Lots of advice for road users, specifically around watching out for cyclists. There is only one person at fault and their vehicle had 4 wheels.

@coyoteboy @laurencyclist That's terrible advice here. Situtating yourself on the centre line is potentially putting yourself in harms way. Centre of the lane as per video is fine.

This topped off one of the worst commutes I’ve had in ages. (🔊 on) Waiting for traffic to clear to go right, lady behind me turning left couldn’t wait a few moments for it to be safe enough for me to turn right. Pedestrians we’re trying to stop her abusing me. What on earth?

@coyoteboy @laurencyclist I think this is illustrative of the attitude of the majority of drivers; that others need to give way to them if they’re not In a car. Cyclists are road users. Same as motorcyclists the safest place to wait at a junction in central in the lane.

@laurencyclist Mmm as a cyclist and driver, I'd be annoyed at you too. Get to the centre line of you're turning right, let the other traffic turn left. But I wouldn't hank, I'd just be silently irritated.

Been watching live music for 20 years. Been to more gigs than I can remember, massive and small, festivals and acoustic sets, bands I love, support acts I never knew and fell in love with. Bands I didn't like, but came to appreciate. Billie Eilish at Glasto was terrible.
