I always laugh at @jessmachadoshow when she brags she only had a 300 calorie breakfast. Yeah. A 300 calorie breakfast with 15 grams of fat. Hint Jessica. Snacking bacon and fried hash browns from Dunkin’s is not a healthy breakfast choice even at 300 calories. Food is more than caloric value. God, she has zero idea how to eat well. Go to a nutritionist. I bet it’s even covered by her insurance. Or better yet. With all the spare time you have Jess, plan ahead. Cut up an apple at home into slices and bring it with you. Grab a protein shake to drink and you’re all set. Stop justifying crappy eating habits. I bet those kids of hers had McDonald’s at 2 years old. Until age 5, my son thought McDonald’s was just a play place we went to on rainy days. He didn’t even realize they sold food. Jessica was probably feeding her kids French fries before they had teeth. “Here kiddo, just gum on this salty fatty potato slice. It’s healthy. Only 40 calories in one”.
