I’m sorry this is not an absolute. You can easily argue that ethically it is wrong if the seller has no idea what they are selling. What if the people selling are doing it tough and need the money to pay for their kids medical bills? So the coordinator is planning to ban vendors from selling products currently being sold at retailers, hoping to deter scalpers from simply buying out products just to resell them at the card shows they coordinate.
