🚨 Q4 2025 capped a transformational year for LEEF Brands. This quarter clearly shows the impact of Salisbury Canyon Ranch and the earnings power of our vertically integrated platform: • Revenue of $8.3M, an increase of 38.9% year-over-year • Gross profit of $3.8M, up 188.2% year-over-year • Gross margin of 45.5%, an increase of 23.5 percentage points year-over-year • Adjusted EBITDA of $1.0M, compared to $(3.1)M in Q4 2024, a $4.1M improvement year-over-year • Free cash flow of $1.2M, compared to $(1.6)M in Q4 2024, a $2.8M improvement year-over-year Q4 marks our transition to a cash-flow-positive, self-funding operating model — driven by lower input costs, improved efficiency, and full integration of our supply chain. We are working hard to lay the groundwork for $LEEF to participate in the program as well. On a personal note, I have a niece with epilepsy and cerebral palsy (check her out below), and I've seen CBD products change so many lives in her special-needs community.
