We now have a major #TADPF / #GDPR issue, the "independent" oversight over #FISA702 was just killed by Trump. People removed from #PCLOB and mailboxes locked. It's now not operational. @EU_Justice relied on #PCLOB for its adequacy finding on the US.. #DataTransfers gone?

@claire_nadaf @alisonleary1 We (Open e-Obs) tried to get funding and clinician input to develop these. Never got the clinicians time and CIO money by any Acute or Mental Health trust. As a once trained paramedic considered this to be a big risk. Myocardial infarction and NEWS score case in point.

@Hilakata @alisonleary1 This also came across in the research that there were speciality specific signs of deterioration that may not be picked up in a generic NEWS so a heavy reliance on NEWS may mean those things were missed.

A very small suggestion for improvement. In Health doctors (medicine) are mentioned but not dentists. The share of EU dentist in 2016 was twice as high as the share of EU doctors in medicine. (source GMC versus GDC numbers). Hence Brexit impact on dentistry far greater.
