@vfsglobalcare my appointment letter has my passport number masked (with xxxx). Is it sufficient to carry this to the appointment centre. There is no option to do anything on the website once I login
@Livpure_India I have been anything but patient. Its been more than 6 days since my complaint but I have not received a single call let alone any help. I'm completely devastated by the response and the service offered.

@Livpure_India I have had an extremely pathetic experience with your company. My machine is malfunctioning on its water meter and my compaint which was lodged on 21st June has still not been taken up. This is extremely poor service quality. @SARGroupindia

@ZeptoNow i received a defective tube light, which upon installation lights up like below. The electrician further said it seems to be duplicate and not genuine. Very pathetic experience and customer care offered no support. @aadit_palicha

@ZeptoNow i received tampered and soiled milk which has given a very bad texture post boiling. I had reached out to Zepto support but the chat closed the query automatically. This is extremely pathetic and unethical. The fact that i have to write here is itself abominable.
