All the apologist are annoying! Parents and families affected all through Nigeria with insecurity don't care about metrics and the propaganda that you all are dishing out. Since he became president I have felt his impact and that is back to back hardship. Imagine yahaya Bello in his party, his recent reply to insecurity! You all need to see beyond the pay and let's call a spade a spade

You can disagree with government policies, that is perfectly fine, that is democracy. People are frustrated, things are hard, and no one should pretend otherwise. But we also need to be honest with ourselves. Nigeria did not get to this point overnight. Many of the problems we complain about today have been building up for years, poor decisions, delayed reforms, weak systems, overdependence on oil, and a habit of avoiding hard choices.
The truth is, there is never a “good time” to fix deep problems. Tough decisions will always come with discomfort. We can debate whether the approach is right or wrong, and government should absolutely be held accountable, but expecting decades of problems to disappear in a short time is not realistic. Nobody enjoys hardship, but sometimes the real question is whether the country is finally trying to deal with the root of the problem instead of just managing symptoms. Time will tell, but we owe ourselves honest conversations, not just anger.

My friend and his fiance's wedding is in December went for HIV test and genotype.
It was discovered that both were AA but the man was HIV positive.
So grateful they were not having sex before marriage.
After counseling, they were told that both can marry, make babies without the lady and the children contracting the virus.
The man was traumatized, and even more traumatized when the lady decided to stop the wedding & end the relationship.
Early last month, the hospital called & told the man that the result wasn't his.
They apologized for the mistake and told him some medical jargons.
He was Negative. He ran another test in two different hospitals and was confirmed negative.
Now, the lady is back, apologizing and asking for forgiveness. She wants the wedding to go on as planned.

Deep down, many Nigerians are happy that Tinubu's govt failed because this justifies their internal unwarranted bigotry towards the Yorubas. And a lot of politicians never wanted Tinubu's administration to succeed in any way, so they can up their chances to recontest come 2027.
Is Tinubu's govt a disappointment, yes; But was this what many hoped for, also yes.
The one fundermantal truth many Nigerians don't realize is that a good or bad govt affects us all, regardless who your prefered choice was.
