@ispa_za do you hold internet providers accountable for wrong doing with their fibre clients? Of so please note that @OpenserveZA suspended my line without reason and its now been 8 days that they refuse to give @Afrihost feedback or unsuspend my line.

@OpenserveZA @supersonicfibre @Afrihost @Afrihost has been contacting you for the past 8 days to try and get my connection back up but you @OpenserveZA are currently giving them ZERO FEEDBACK, which is absolutely atrocious. Can you please at least try care about your clients AND CONNEVT MY LINE AGAIN!?!?!?!?!

@OpenserveZA I haven't had internet for 8 days now because you suspended my line for an unknown reason, I migrated from @supersonicfibre to @Afrihost and my line was great for 5 days until you randomly suspended my line. Ive paid @Afrihost for my months line but I can't use it?

@supersonicfibre @MTNza why do I have constant packet loss on my line every single day? Not a day goes by where I'm not sitting with 20-30% packet loss on my line. I have to restart my router 5-6 times to get it to go away. Fix your shit for Christ sake

@supersonicfibre is the absolute worst fibre provider in the whole of South Africa. They don't call you back if your call fails while on the line with them. They are absolutely and utterly useless. Never under any circumstance get them as your fibre provider.
