@myretrolifeshow 1. Never sell a console. 2. The physical media going away is over blown… we haven’t had physical media in years. No manuals, games only half on disc, required patches to play; physical died a long time ago and no one noticed.

@VideoCardz I literally just ordered a Switch 2 yesterday… idk if I’m happy it will be a little while before it comes out or disappointed because that was a big reason why I was holding out so long (then Zelda was announced.)

@RealPostFolder Anything that will be replaced and/or holds value where it can be sold, the box is kept. When I get a new phone, I box the old one and sell it. This is the case for most electronics since selling it with the box raises the value. Everything else the box is thrown out.

@therealKzero Physical lost its luster for me when the game wasn’t actually being played from the disc, but had to be installed and then patched. At that point going digital was just more convenient.
