@cinnamontoastk It's hard not to plagerise these days when creativity is at its peak and most ideas are already out in the world, there's only so much we can create when it's already created 🤔 they'll need to show their working that's for sure.

Just a note that the parody defense doesn't hold any water. It's only protected if it makes direct fun of the original. Like weird al or political cartoons do. If there is a case it'll probably be based on Nintendo proving plagiarism or some form of copyright infringement and palworld guys arguing that their use of generative ai (allegedly) to create unique creatures and gameplay is different enough from pokemon.

I dont understand how people can be so passionate about hating the government over prices and the cost of living but still celebrate trillion dollar corporations who have been posting billions of dollars in profits.
