📣🎙️Senne Lammens Praises Michael Carrick on his call at the World Cup: For me one of the most important things in football is having a strong personal relationship with your coach. It really elevates your individual performance. I was over the moon when I joined Manchester United, it was my dream club. But when I arrived, the team was struggling. The players, the staff, everyone felt it. Then Michael Carrick came in and everything changed. He transformed our mindset, both on and off the pitch. One goal. One vision. He took us from the bottom part of the league table all the way to a Champions League spot. For me, that’s a massive achievement. Now you can see all the players performing at their highest level - Casemiro, Kobbie Mainoo, Patrick Dorgu, the kid JJ Gabriel, the entire defence giving me confidence, and Bruno Fernandes on breaking assist records while winning the PFA award. It’s incredible. And just last night, I received the email confirming my place in Belgium’s World Cup squad list. There’s no better feeling. Michael Carrick has no substitute. The players love him, the fans love him, and he deserves the chance to keep building this project.

@Utdrules4ever @ManUtd We must come out all gun blazing and send Casemiro into his next chapter with great memories of Old Trafford, show him and the fans respect and say farewell to him with styy.

Good morning 🌄 My Redsss ❣️ Our last three games against Nottingham Forest were managed by Ruben , and we ended up dropping points in every single one of them. The first was back in December 2024 when we struggled and ended up with a 3-2 loss at Old Trafford. Few months after the heartbreak, we faced them again at the City Ground and ended up once again with a 1-0 defeat. As if that wasn't enough, we met again on the first day of November 2025 and went on to drop points again in a 2-2 draw. Well, that was then. We meet them again at Old Trafford under Michael Carrick, and this time around we'll remind them exactly who owns the theater. Forest have had their fun, but with the way we are playing now, the patterns of the past are about to get shattered. Are we going to clear the slate with a dominant win, or will Forest find a way to be a thorn in our side yet again? ? 🤔😉😂💪🏻🔥❤️👹 #MUFC #Twitter @geraintfrazer20 @1957eddie @vincentmelinn @Roli_Mufc @suky01 @MUFC270362 @PadraicToolan @nicnoc311 @manufcnow @Indinlily @peterbroggs @DAVIDMUGGLE1 @MUFCLinus @GillianYorke1  @AkashPaul4 @DNyeko @jamesaltham4 @barbarajain @ronak_manutd

@AnnemarieDray Totally agree with you, he’s been trained by the best manager in club history, at the biggest club and with many best players in the world at that time. All this plus his own experience and knowledge could make ManUtd great again 🤘

Very happy with this. Think he’s completely turned Manchester United’s season around and brought back the joy. A calming, steady presence who we all know will have the club’s best interests at heart. One of our own ❤️

@Oluchi_Utd Why should they, is Enrique available? Will he guarantee success? Carrick has already shown what he’s capable of. Why should they not stand by him.

So they didn’t even try to get Luis Enrique? Okay, Let’s see what Carrick can offer. The board should back him by giving him what he needs to strengthen squad depth with quality players, this current team cannot compete or win the Champions League. If he doesn’t perform, sack him and bring in a better coach.

@Hayles_101 We’ve had all kinds of big name mangers and nobody has really delivered. Give him chance to develop his squad. There’s no guarantee whoever gets the job.

No one knows for sure what will happen with Carrick. It's just arrogant to suggest otherwise. But for me the club haven't got much choice, he's exceeded all expectations by some way. We've had every type of manager post Fergie fail already. Whatever will be will be.

@Utdrules4ever He knows the club and the most successful manager in club football and United history. What he learned from the best, his own knowledge and experience he could become great manager for ManUtd.

For us United fans, Carrick represents a return to the club’s traditional identity — attacking football, trust in youth, and strong dressing-room unity. His deep connection with the club as a former player and coach has strengthened support for him staying long term. Do well Carrick We will be there #GGMU #UTFR 😉💪🏻👌🏻👍🏻❤️👹 #MUFC

I'm sorry but we can't decide that Dorgu is now a LW because he had four solid games there. Not a big enough sample size for me. I still think Dorgu is a LB.

@Utdrules4ever @ManUtd Think we should keep him, could be valuable squad player next season, with quality and experience. This season he didn’t play much because we played so few games, he and Ugarte needs a few games to find their rhythm.

Good morning 🌄 My Redsss ❣️ I know few are not ready for this conversation, but do you think Mason Mount should be sold this summer or should we give him one more year? The truth is, Mason Mount has not really given us the impact we expected when he joined. Between the injuries and trying to find his best position in the team, it has been a very frustrating time for both the player and the fans. We still haven't seen the version of him that was a star at Chelsea. On one hand, selling him now could help us raise money for new signings. On the other hand, it feels harsh to let him go before he’s had a proper, injury-free run under the current system. He’s clearly a talented player, but at a club like United, you don't get unlimited time to prove yourself. Is it time to cut our losses and move on, or does he deserve one last chance to show he belongs at Old Trafford? 💔🤔🙏🏻👹 #MUFC #Twitter @geraintfrazer20 @1957eddie @vincentmelinn @Roli_Mufc @suky01 @SteveMUFC1962 @graham_pitt @manufcnow @Indinlily @peterbroggs @DAVIDMUGGLE1 @MUFCLinus @GillianYorke1  @AkashPaul4 @DNyeko @jamesaltham4 @javedjalal42 @ronak_manutd @nicnoc311

🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿🗣️ Wayne Rooney: "If you brought in a Luis Enrique or Thomas Tuchel and they won 10 of of their first 14 games you would say that's incredible. So, just because Michael Carrick is a young, English manager it means it's not the right place to look in a lot of people's eyes." "Michael Carrick is a clever person, he's a really good coach, and I think he can lead the team for however long he wants if he gets it right. It will be an interesting summer. For the first time in a long time Manchester United seem like they have a bit of calmness around the whole place and that's a good thing." (BBC)
