Shocking:
I have confirmed from an authentic source that the Government PG College Dir, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, has officially directed all female students not to take part in any extra-curricular activities, including political functions, birthday parties, and stage-ins. This is a sheer institutionalization of Talibanization, reflecting the impact of a gender apartheid regime in neighboring Afghanistan.
