If only the new umbrella companies’ legislation or similar had been enacted c. 15 years ago instead of the Loan Charge, we wouldn’t be in the mess we are in today.

@emily4MK Review does nothing for the 1000’s perused with vigour, bullied & forced to SETTLE. Yet, if had ignored demands & hounding we would be in a FAR better situation. Punished for following the law! Still paying crippling monthly settlement bills, sold homes, lost relationships. fair?

I was forced with 10’s of letters citing legal cases and constant pressure to settle or guillotine over the your head of LoanCharge will get ya ! The injustice is so very clear here !
