@cajacs @EricSpracklen Just saying locally around here prices stalled in 2025. Now they are coming down in most areas just slowly. But new homes in new developments the prices don’t seem to be coming down at all. I imagine building materials shot up this year is why.

This week, my administration received notice from the @USDA that three Nebraska counties — Keya Paha, Logan, and Rock — have been designated as primary natural disaster areas due to drought. 

We know Nebraskans are tough — and we’ll keep working through these conditions as best we can. This designation allows farmers to be considered for Farm Service Agency emergency loan assistance to help our producers recover losses. We’re grateful for the support and attentiveness of @SecRollins team.
