@SouthernWater It’s not good enough. Empty promises getting nowhere. stage 1 open in February no response !! I have been in touch with CCW and request this is now escalated to a stage 2. As I am getting absolutely nowhere with Southern.
@SouthernWater nobody has replied to my messages via DM yesterday. We are now getting calls from debt collectors and letters. Somebody needs to contact me. I get absolutely nowhere with your customer service team. This is shocking service #poorcustomerservice#terrible#awful
