@ODEONHelp I’ve been trying to cancel my limitless through your chat bot since 3pm. It keeps kicking me out, saying it’s transferring me but no one connects. I left it open for over an hour then it forced to reconnect, I get you’re busy but even HMRC answers within 45 minutes…

@WeAreOpenreach Yes, they should be removed for safety purposes…and OpenReach themselves have told us it was reported back in July. No, no escalation numbers provided to us by plusnet. We’ve finally - after a month seen an open reach van out today. Not changing the pole but looking at it…

@HollyeEnser Hi Hollye, do you have any escalation ref numbers that have been given by his communications provider? If a pole is in danger of collapse it would be removed quickly for safety reasons. ^Paul

@WeAreOpenreach I also recognise that David this isn’t you and I don’t expect you to have the answers but I expect professionalism from open reach which they aren’t showing to my father or to plusnet. What or who holds them to account?

@HollyeEnser Hi, is this in relation to your fathers installation? We would not share this information with the public as we are not governed by the freedom of information act so would not release this information regarding our network sorry. What has the provider said? ^David

@WeAreOpenreach This is disgraceful. OpenReach don’t respond; escalations are happening left right and centre. For an organisation who has shared previously they have a two hour turnaround time it’s gobsmacking how poor this is. How many poles are at risk of falling in the UK? Why is this hard?

@WeAreOpenreach In regards to requesting information - I would like to understand how negligent OpenReach is being in regards to the state of their poles in our country. As asked please point me in the direction of your freedom to information team.

@HollyeEnser Hi Holly, I'm really sorry about the issues your dad is having with being connected. For us to be able to look into this further to see what is happening, the service provider would need to raise this with us on your behalf. ^Frazer

@WeAreOpenreach my dad has been waiting to get his @Plusnet internet since the 2nd. Your engineer came out and discovered the pole was classified as imminent danger of collapse and has been registered as this since July. Negligent to say the least. Busy road, lots of people 1/2

You didn’t listen to your engineer when he said you needed traffic lights. And you still haven’t sorted this. Although my dad has now been off the internet for a month. The most important question is - When will you get round to prioritising the safety of the people? 2/2

Word of the day is 'bamblusterate' (19th century): to try to deceive or mislead - a blend of 'bamboozle' and 'bluster'.

Just a last thought if NHS workers took an average of 14 days off sick & this upsets you, maybe you should investigate that. Investigate how yet again negative headlines impact everyday people just trying to do their best. You’re a cause, when really you could be a solution.

I understand you have a job to do @DailyMailUK @emilylcraig & @martinskog but damn you want to know what’s dangerous…demoralising the people who are working to save you, having tired people who can’t keep their eyes open looking after your nearest and dearest.
