That's called a lawsuit waiting to happen. There's even an official ACT (gee, wonder what it's called) where they MUST let him in w/ his dog. The ADA stipulates that blind people must be let in EVERYWHERE w/ guide dogs. The guide dogs are LITERALLY an extension of their beings. To not do so opens up the business for a lawsuit. If I was this person, I'd sue the restaurant. Get them put out of business, and get a nice pay out. Just f it. I'd be sick of Karens being Kareny all over my rights TBH. I know firsthand that guide dogs are EXTENSIVELY trained and will just lay at their masters feet until their master alerts them they are ready to go. I highly doubt the dog would have been any trouble. Your typical 3 yr old would have been 5x the trouble of this dog.

This man went to enjoy a meal at a restaurant, he’s blind requires a guide dog. When he walks in, an employee told him off the bat that there are no dogs allowed. The man shows him a piece that even says guide dog for the blind on it and informs them he’s blind. The employee accuses him of having an emotional support dog and tells him he can’t stay with the dog. The employee kicked him out and told him they would call the police if he tries to bring the dog back in. Is the restaurant wrong here for not letting him in, should he just have gone elsewhere?
