After her attempts to silence channel name: anoldgeezer through meritless copyright strikes failed, she has pivoted to a more alarming tactic: manufacturing violent narratives to justify the release of private data. Avid Gardener is currently circulating an email she allegedly sent to channel name: Notorious Candor xoxo claiming that anoldgeezer poses a threat to him and the wider community. Based on her documented history, including a past livestream where she accused me of issuing a death threat with zero evidence, there is every reason to believe this "threat" is a total fabrication. Most disturbingly, Avid Gardener has chosen to "warn" Notorious Candor xoxo, who has an established history of issuing the very threats she claims to be concerned about. Notorious Candor xoxo is responsible for graphic and violent rhetoric against others on this platform, including: • Graphic Intimidation: Explicitly threatening to "rip anoldgeezer limb from limb." • Direst Violence: Stating he wanted to "slit the throat" of another creator. • Extreme Harassment: Urging multiple individuals to "euthanize themselves." By sending a "warning" to an individual with this history, Avid Gardener is not protecting anyone, she is actively inciting a known aggressor against a smaller creator. Avid Gardener is now attempting to gaslight the community into believing that receiving a creator’s address via the copyright takedown process gives her "permission" to share that info and continue her abuse. • Privacy Violations: Using contact details obtained through formal platform processes to "verify" fake threats is a gross violation of YouTube’s Terms of Service. • Retaliatory Tactics: This "safety" narrative appeared online only after her three-day campaign of continual harassment on Denise Burnside's channel against anoldgeezer; and Avid Gardener previous failed copyright strikes against anoldgeezer. It is a fallback strategy designed for character assassination. Fabricating extreme, graphic threats is a classic tactic used to frame the abuser as the victim. We must hold creators accountable for the misuse of legal tools and the fabrication of digital evidence. They do get all inclusive in our hotels, plus their kids get free taxis to school as do they to dentists and doctors if there is no public transport, something we don’t get.
