@homesense_us @HomesenseHelp how do you only have 1 person at the register on a busy Sunday?? One guy helped one other customer and then looked at the line and left. Stood on line 20 min just cause you only have 1 person at the register. Horrible customer service

@marshalls i won a prize from the QR code for marshall’s has the good stuff campaign, but when I input my address, the wrong zip code autofilled and it submitted the address with the incorrect zip code. there is no contact information on the confirmation email. can someone help?

@homesense_us I purchased these today and opened what was a seemingly sealed box to see that they were a return! 🤢🤢🤢 The bag was opened and then put in a ziploc bag and put back in the box. This is absolutely disgusting.

@homesense_us sold me a bedroom set without two major pieces for the bed & when I called to have this resolved they offered me a $50 refund. The purchase price was $1,399.00. I was told a manager would call back & no one has called me back 🙄

Don't shop @homesense_us or any other @tjx brand, they wont provide a duplicate receipt even though they admitted they have ability to. Terrible customer service in the store and on the phone and I have been a loyal customer and card holder for years!
