I can't believe how much wisdom the author of Genesis 4 compressed into that story's few sentences. You might even come to believe that God Himself had a hand in it.
Truly: it's uncanny. The first two human beings born into history are, respectively, a good, honest productive man and his brother, who allows himself to be consumed by resentment and the desire to destroy.

You think words are dangerous because you have never watched a government drag someone away for speaking them. You think capitalism is evil because you have never stood in a bread line. Why I Stopped Supporting Candace Owens!
I stopped watching Candace Owens because she was cheapening politics. Instead of thoughtful political commentary, her content started feeling like schoolyard gossip—focused on sensationalism, personal attacks, and drama rather than serious debate. That was the turning point for me.
I didn’t believe Kamala Harris was the right choice for president, and I still don’t. But questioning or trying to discredit her identity or race crossed a line for me. I believe we should challenge politicians on their policies, decisions, and leadership—not try to undermine who they are.
Over time, I came to see this as Candace’s M.O. In my view, instead of engaging with people’s ideas and records, she increasingly shifted the focus to personal narratives and controversies. To me, that cheapened political discourse and made it feel more like gossip than serious commentary.
Back in 2020, I was a strong supporter of Candace. I genuinely thought she had the potential for a long and successful political career. I remember telling my son that, and he warned me. He said, “She’s pretty radical.” I laughed it off because he’s left of center, so I assumed that was why he didn’t like her.
Turns out, he was right.
Trying to strip someone of their identity is dehumanizing. Once you convince people that someone isn’t who they say they are, it becomes much easier to justify attacking them instead of debating their ideas.
As conservatives, we should be able to criticize policies, records, and leadership without resorting to personal attacks or attempts to dehumanize people. We don’t have to agree with someone to recognize their humanity.
Pay attention to the similarities in attacking identities, dehumanizing manipulation and misrepresentation of information in these two videos.

This is petty. This is malicious. This is only done by somebody who has a very very serious problem with herself people who have no self-esteem or very low self-esteem behave this way.
You will not find one single happily married person who loves their life and walks with Christ behaving like this.
You just won’t. Because people who are happy do not spend all of their time trying to tear down other people.

Candace is pretending that the entirety of the evidence against Tyler Robinson consists of just the surveillance footage.
She’s framing this as if it exists in a vacuum without DNA, confessions, witness testimony, turning himself in, etc.
The question is not whether the surveillance footage is beyond a reasonable doubt.
And her followers lack critical thinking skills and the ability to deal with more than one point at a time, and they didn’t actually watch the prelim so they’ll eat it all up.
