@MarionG63198 @UziCryptoo I don't know. Lucky for me, my taxes are quite reasonable after I took advantage of a homestead exemption. I hope nothing changes in my case because I, too, am on a fixed income.

My dad called me today “Hey, i’m struggling to pay my property tax for this year. It went up almost $1500 to $8188 for the year versus $6600 for last year. I’m confused, i thought taxes were not to increase for two years. Did yours go up as well? This really sucks! They are trying to drive us out of the state.” My dad is 76 and lives on social security. He’s lived in the same house since 1993. It’s been paid off for two decades. Yet he owes $8k in property taxes, or the state of Texas will take his home. This is criminal

@UziCryptoo In Texas, you can be granted property tax deferral at age 65 or older. Those with the deferral pay no more property taxes while in the home, but instead the taxes accumulate at a reasonable interest rate and are owed after the resident dies or sells the house.

It hit me yesterday when I was going to pick up lunch. I pre-cooled the Tesla Model 3 from my phone, and set the destination to the restaurant. Then I hit start self-driving. Mad Max mode, park in the parking lot. The car drove so confidently, it's movements were so lifelike... I just couldn't believe it. The way it drives is... confident... comforting... better than anything I could have imagined. As it drove me to pick up my lunch order, I changed the music on my phone. I turned up the music and danced a little as I opened X and started reading and replying to peoples comments. It got to the restaurant before I even realized where we were, pulled into the parking lot, and parked perfectly. I picked up the food, put it in the frunk, and then got in the car. Tapped Home (Mad Max, Park in Driveway selected automatically) and then hit self-driving. The car drove me back home like a work of art. It didn't send the food flying around. It was just perfect. When it got home it parked in the driveway, right where the car was before I left, and I brought the food inside. It just hit me like damn, they really created a personally owned Robotaxi. This is the user experience I have been dreaming of for years, and now it's here. It's really working, and it's better than I imagined. The coming months and years will be a lot of fun as we just remove the driver out of the equation entirely.

24 hour test drive. I wasn’t even thinking about getting a MY 2026 because we already have a MY2022 but we need a second car in the house, so after test driving a Mercedes GLC, EQE and a Lexus RZ (EV) was thinking of getting an MX, can’t afford that and or used one didn’t make sense. I was like let’s stop to see it and test drive MY 26 and ofc they gave it to me for 24 hours, and mannnn this is one fn amazing ride and FSD??? Out of this world, I didn’t touch the wheel once!! I am gonna pull the trigger on this for sure. Just gotta see which one!! Can’t go to any other brand once you have a TESLA!! Amazing work @tesla @elonmusk
