@CarnivalCruise On your Freedom ship right now and so absolutely disappointed! Kids pool is CLOSED for 2nd day (only sea day), WiFi was down most of day 1, room lock broken most of day 1…this is why we’ve only cruised @RoyalCaribbean for past 13 years and will be going back.

@Fazolis really disappointing experience tonight waiting 25 minutes on a ToGo order for a sampler platter, breadsticks and meatballs. There were multiple others waiting as well. Plenty of choices when it comes to fast casual and Fazoli’s will not be one of ours in the future.
