@ChancellorTV You're going to get all the wrong answers here. please trust me
1. Go to yats and get anything and everything
2. Go to old point tavern mass Ave and beg to them to make you old school chicken and nachos.
3. St Elmo's if you must
4. Shapiro's is good only if you live there

One of the worst work days I've had was when I had to sign off on a journal entry that lowered my clients purchase price by $4 million
This was years ago when I was an audit partner
The client had never had an audit but was selling his firm for 10x GAAP Net Income
We found a last minute accrual missing right before finalizing - and it sucked booking it
I think about this all the time now when our clients approach us about selling or buying a business
What would have happened if they didn't require an audit? Or if they didn't have a working capital true up?
I go further into this story in my email going out tomorrow - with fresh memes and fintwit posts for those just in it for the vibes

Happy Opening day at Keeneland to all who celebrate. Few annual reminders to anyone who does not follow racing year after year.
1: Stay away from the 4.5 furlong races. Just watch the speed and save your money.
2: pay attention to how the tracks are playing. Speed usually dominates the start of the meet on both surfaces. Keep an eye on any bias.
3: south Florida turf.

Legit question, where does “life style” inflate the most?
I live in CA go out to eat all the time, drive really nice cars, go on vacations etc and i don’t think i could spend more then 10k a month on reoccurring expenses. How do people get out of control here?
Moses Kagan@moseskagan
Correct (But notice that you can influence the amount required by keeping a lid on lifestyle inflation)
