I stayed quiet for a long time. Honestly, longer than I should have. I sold 17 artworks on @Xibit_App @vitruveochain Total value around $3700. And NEVER received that money. $3700 might not sound like much to some people, but that's money I could have managed for an entire year. Instead I'm still stretching what I've earned since 2021 and depending on my parents while the money from my own work sold via xibit never reached me. And my parents aren't rich to provide to carry me through life unlike you who's f*cking living life off OUR MONEY, @techbubble 🖕🏼 According to what we were told, if VTRU valued at $2.50 like promised, my total would have been close to $18K. But honestly, forget the token value now. I've seen the Discord updates. If vitruveo is officially shut down, then there's no more excuses left. Either pay artists their total sales. Or give us our art back so we can mint elsewhere. It's that simple. And I'm far from the only artist in this situation. There are artists who barely make sales. Artists who depend on their work to survive, not for fun, not for clout, but for actual living expenses. Some trusted this platform with their best work. We followed every new direction, every new idea, bought VERSE and VIBE, staked all our VTRU, every "this will change everything for artists" promise. We consigned. We believed. Sometimes forced to stake VTRU which is now WORTHLESS. Liquidity DRAINED. Vitruveo has officially shut down as per latest discord announcements and pivoted to Novachain. Now our art is stuck on a platform that feels abandoned.. no way to delete either with a shit ton of excuses to say, while this scumbag who built it stay online like this is all normal. NIK KALYANI now continues playing THE IRAN CARD LIKE NOTHING HAPPENED. And those sympathies are FAKE ASF. But it doesn't disappear for artists who never got paid. It doesn't disappear for investors who invested. It doesn't disappear for people whose work is literally trapped with NOT BEING ABLE TO DELETE, AND ONLY HIDE. If you truly care about artists, then do something about it. Pay what's owed. Or release our work. Because right now it feels like artists and investors were sold a dream, encouraged to invest time, trust, and money into something that never delivered. And instead of transparency, we got silence. I heard from many that the same happened with his previous projects, Niftydreams etc. The community warned us. My friends warned me while I defended him. And I feel f*cking embarrassed and guilty. I know what's coming after this post. The defenders. The bootlickers. The messages about patience. The essays about how "everyone makes mistakes" BULLSHIT. Mistakes happen once. What hurts is when the cycle repeats. This isn't drama. This is artists and investors asking for fairness, for transparency and accountability. Artists aren't disposable. Our work isn't disposable. Our lives aren't side quests in your worthless experiments. If you built something for artists, then stand by them when things go wrong. Face it. Fix it. Make it right. Because silence isn't leadership. And pretending nothing happened won't make this go away. I'm sorry for the long post, but people need to OPEN THEIR EYES. There are many who know exactly what's been going on. Some are scared to speak up, some already blocked. I know how this usually ends instead of getting answers. I'm still here, waiting until I receive my $3700 or until our art is released. I will keep reposting this every day so many are aware of this pathetic scoundrel. If you still blindly support him, please unfollow me because IDGAF. I'm someone who doesn't support sick behaviour. This is enough for me. I'm sad, I'm tired, mentally depressed and frustrated that I had to keep this all inside my head for a very very long time. His continuous fake sympathetic Iran tweets made me feel sick to my bones and it made me lose control today. More in the comments 🙂
