Hopkins Architects have secured approval from Westminster Planning Committee for a £500 million part-retrofit, part-new build scheme in London’s Mayfair. The South Molton Triangle, a 33,000m² new development for Grosvenor Britain & Ireland, includes offices, shops and a hotel.

Construction work is progressing well for the University of Birmingham Dubai Campus at the Academic City. Basements are well underway and ground floor slabs are being cast. Precast columns are being delivered and all core walls will reach first floor by the end the month.
