@videotechuk_ what? Isn't it just a flowmap? Am I missing something? They have some amazing effects especially for the water washing on the rocks on the seaside etc, but on that video I only see flowmaps..?

This is the kind of water simulation tech I expect from Grand Theft Auto VI. Crimson Desert does this so well and it looks gorgeous!

@HOONICAT @NikTek @mario_onchain Simulation wise, Crimson Desert uses an actual fluid solver for geometry (Similar to UE5 FluidFlux) but it calculates slower but can be tweaked to look better. RDR2 uses a flow map with a heightfield with only local interaction (Player, Horses, Boats) but the shader is better.

@Raveeh7 Any netcode changes will not be visible unless they limit VPN chinese players from EU servers. Last night i've had about 15 or so chinese names with 200+ ping in lobies and the hit reg was all over the place. When it's all EU players, the server is much much more stable to play.

BF6 patch in a nutshell. -New map is good with plenty of routes to use. -Visibility has not improved and is especially bad on the new map. -Didn't notice improvement with audio -Netcode has not improved -Gunplay has not improved -Performance got noticeably worse for me :/

@KeshaEuw As a Romanian, i very much agree with Moldova being S tier, but not with our Romanian one, personally it's a D-C tier (both sound wise and also lyrics) and HVNDS should've been the winner since it sounds superior in a live setting.
